After downloading this rar file .
1.extract it
2.install idm.exe
3.disconnect the net
4.open patch
5.click on patch
6.New window opens .
7.goto c /programfiles/internetdownloadmanager
8.select idman.exe & click open
goto start menu & select internetdownload manager.
check whether it is registered or not.
